Embodiment Group

Mindful movement in community for deeper nourishment, nervous system support, and embodied change

In person in Asheville, North Carolina AND virtual dates available!

There are patterns that can feel like they move through the body on repeat—echoing in how we relate, how we respond, how life moves through us.

At times, it may feel like your voice is farther away than you want it to be, or that your energy is just out of reach, like something essential is dimmed or held back. And underneath that, there is often a quieter knowing—an inward turning toward something more spacious, more alive, more yours. A sense that the body is not finished speaking, and is asking for different conditions in which to unfold.

The Wild Beauty Embodiment Group is a space to explore healing and growth through relational, developmentally-informed movement practices. Together, we engage the body as a living pathway for change—supporting your nervous system while opening new possibilities for expression, connection, and self-trust.

This work happens in community, and that matters.

In a time when so much of our lives are mediated through screens, speed, and even artificial intelligence, being in real-time, relational connection with other humans becomes essential. Our nervous systems don’t just heal in isolation—they reorganize, soften, and expand through safe, attuned connection with others.

Group space offers a kind of medicine we can’t access alone: the experience of being seen, felt, and moved in the presence of others. It invites co-regulation, shared humanity, and the remembering that we belong to something larger than ourselves.

Over time, this work can support:

  • a deeper sense of ease and belonging in your body

  • more clarity and steadiness in daily life

  • greater emotional flexibility and resilience

  • more authentic boundaries and self-expression

  • expanded access to energy, pleasure, and vitality

The result?

New patterns. New possibilities. More of you—alive, expressed, and supported, in connection with others.
