Come Home to the Wisdom of Your Body.

You've spent a lifetime learning who you needed to be. What if this season is about discovering who you've been all along?

Wild Beauty Embodiment Coaching helps creative women and gender non-conforming people in midlife reconnect with sensation, movement, voice, and choice through relational, experiential work that frees up the body's life force energy.

Somewhere Along the Way, Many of Us Learned to Leave Ourselves.

Our culture teaches us to perform, accommodate, achieve, and stay contained.

We learn to silence instinct, hold our breath, shrink our movements, soften our voices, and organize our lives around how we're perceived instead of how we actually feel.

Embodiment offers

another way.

These patterns don't just live in our thoughts. They live in our bodies.

By gently restoring access to movement, breath, expression, and relationship, we begin living from the inside out instead of the outside in. Life becomes more nourishing, more creative, and more our own.

Your Body Already Knows the Way

Chi for Two® Embodiment Coaching is a relational, experiential process that helps you reconnect with your wild beauty without forcing, fixing, or performing.

Whether you're lying on the floor discovering forgotten patterns, meeting supportive resistance through touch, finding your voice, or allowing your body to move in new ways, each session creates opportunities for your nervous system to experience greater freedom, expression, and choice.

Available in Asheville, North Carolina and virtually.

This Isn’t About Becoming Someone New

It's so liberating to reclaim the parts of yourself that have always been there beneath years of conditioning.

As you expand your capacity for sensation, movement, voice, and choice, new possibilities begin to emerge—not only in your relationship with yourself, but in your creativity, your relationships, your work, and the way you move through the world.

Embodiment is deeply personal. It also ripples outward to everything your life touches.
